Thank you for your continued interest in the renovations to Winton Hills and welcome to a virtual resident meeting. By coming to you in your home with video and a survey, it is our hope we can gather more information. Please - be sure to tell your neighbors to take the survey too!
To date we have been able to create visionary designs for the exterior of the buildings and grounds based on your input! We’ve added parking, private green spaces, new areas for children, improved trash pick-up and more thanks to your input! If you haven’t seen the proposed outside improvements, please check them out HERE in the Library.
With good resident ideas for the outside, we turn our attention to the inside of the apartments. We hope you will watch the following video and then take the short survey after so we can collect your answers from what you see in the video and work on designs for the inside of your apartment.
All information will be collected between now and INSERT DATE. All information will guide interior drawings. We will bring those concept drawings to an in-person meeting at your property this summer.
